Shipping:
We ship anywhere.
Canadian and international customers will pay actual shipping on
the order. Orders are shipped via USPS Parcel Post at no extra
charge. Order will ship in 10 business days or less for draft
stoppers; 30 days or
less for memory bears.
Return
Policy: Because all
items are handcrafted, slight variations will occur. Defective
items or items damaged by the Post Office may be returned for
refund or replacement within 15 days of the date you receive your
order in the U.S., 90 days on orders shipped outside the U.S.
Draft stoppers to be returned because you do not like the color or
wish another size, may be returned in new condition, within 30
days of the day you received it. Refund does not include any
postage. If your purchase
was made by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear
on your billing statement. If you wish
to return an item, please email
Kathy@KathyAnnsCottage.com.
Memory bears are insured. For draft
stoppers, you may wish to insure your order as we cannot be
responsible for damaged or misdirected returns.
Cancelled Orders:
We reserve the right to recoup credit card processing fees on
cancelled orders.
Payment
Options: We accept
credit cards through our secure online ordering service. In
addition, we gladly accept check and money order by mail; a
clearing period may apply. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders.
Privacy Statement:
Kathy Williamson and Kathy Ann's Cottage will not share your name or customer information with any other
organization.
We will not store your data, nor will
we use a credit card processor who would store your data.
